Center
The Message Center, established in 1982, remains
a leader in the telephone answering service industry today. Our
company was one of the first computerized centers in the San
Antonio market, and one of the first to implement digital technology
in a telemessaging operation. We continue to maintain a technical
awareness that we feel is essential in the telecommunications
profession.
We
currently serve over 1000 clients in the South Texas, Hill Country,
and Costal Bend areas. The diversity of our client-base, from
maintenance and repair, apartment communities, distributors,
contactors, doctors and emergency care companies, technical support
services and independent agents, is proof that staying connected
is key to any business. Ranging in size from established businesses
to start-ups, our clients all share a common trait: Focus on
customer care and quality service.
Our primary focus is providing
“live operator services”, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We utilize
state-of-the-art computer technology and enhanced network features
to insure calls are handled in a professional manner, meeting
the specific needs of our clients. Incoming calls are automatically
routed to the next available qualified operator. Our goal of
maintaining a high quality level of service at a reasonable rate
led us to invest in equipment that allows us to offer cost saving
features to our clients. Our voice mail system can be utilized
to advise callers of routine information and/ or instructions,
and then direct their call to the appropriate account in our
system that will allow us to complete the messaging process in
a simple, timely and efficient manner.

trained and well supervised for optimum efficiency and positive
results. Our goal is to make it easier and more efficient for

Recently,
The Message Center has earned ATSI’s Year Two Bronze Award of
Excellence. This program recognizes that excellence requires
a level of service that considers the caller first in every aspect
of the call. We earned this award for our company, for the way
calls placed by mystery callers were handled in a specific criteria.
